Peter Estephan is an Edmonton REALTOR® with 21 years of experience. He runs Peter Estephan Real Estate Group at KIC Realty in Edmonton, Alberta. Before joining KIC Realty, Peter spent 21 years with RE/MAX.
Who I help
Most of my clients are growing families who have outgrown their home. Maybe a new baby is on the way, the kids need their own rooms, or you want a yard and a better school. Upsizing means selling one home and buying the next, usually at the same time. Getting that timing and pricing right is what I’ve spent two decades doing.

I keep you updated at every step, and I give you straight answers, even when they’re not what you want to hear. After you move, I stay in touch, because most of my business comes from past clients and the people they refer.
